About me

Regie has been involved in the call center industry in the Philippines for the last 9 years with solid background on process management and configuration, quality assurance, and customer advocacy strategies. She has worked on establishing and project assisting defining Customer Satisfaction and Quality strategic frameworks—creating surveys, data gathering and output reports, Customer Satisfaction process intelligence/analysis, Voice of the Customer data analysis and intelligence, other business-intelligence grounded activities like demographic surveys and analysis, as well as process standardization and optimization initiatives. She has initiated and established short course learning facilitations, report automation, audit management, process improvement, and quality initiatives both on an operational and enterprise level that revolve around Lean Six Sigma methodologies, COPC, Information Security and PCI Compliance.
