Enterprenour with over 8+ yrs of exerience in IT & ITES. after graduating and aquiring 6 months of experience from sun infoways started my own proprietary firm IQ Solutions which led to providing software solutions to SME's in india.succesessfully deployed solutions for clients in healthcare,retail,merchandising,HR,Hotel management,2d animated and db driven software,with seven modules for state road works dept and 2 state irrigation dept in process management and billing all of them with microsoft visual studio,asp,java scrit,sql server and oracle. later moved to satyam to get exposure in international market with fortune listed clients following quality standard process.worked with Merrill Lynch,Cisco,Wi-tribe in CRM,investment banking and Telecom domains using Oracle suites. in depth understanding of full life cycle development and of customer satisfaction state. finally pursuing Sparkit consultancy pvt ltd as managing director which aims in providing for the first time cheapest yet best quality arabic related call center and Bpo operations from india.
