About me

Basically banking & Finance professional with over 19 years of experience in Customer Relationship/Services and Operations Management in a multi national environment in Pakistan United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. In Askari Bank, Pakistan I was appointed as Operations Manager based on my past experience in customer relationship and also as departmental Head of various departments. In over nineteen years of financial sector work experience, throughout my service career I was in the Front Office dealing directly with the customers gaining experience in Public Relationship Management. To ensure the customer satisfaction, liaises with all the departments and frequently interacted with the clients. I am ever ready in solving problems, by guiding and mentoring the staff regarding the operational matters, policies implementation, dealing with customers and any complex situation arising in day to day working. Besides, in order to improve performance and knowledge frequently sent staff for training/courses according to the individual’s needs.
