About me

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. I am currently working as a Production Planning Engineer at Nanox Phil. Though I am new in the manufacturing industry, I was assigned to take responsibility of the repair plans, individual simulation as well as return shipment plans. However, prior to this job, I’ve worked as a Customer Support Representative in NCO Group Philippines. I stayed in the company for two years and nine months while studying at the same time. In this position, I’ve been responsible in taking inbound calls for TMobile USA customers; ensuring to provide good customer service and customer satisfaction. Well trained in handling inbound calls as a Customer Support Representative of T-Mobile USA. Undergone trainings in maintaining customer’s account confidentiality, proper call handling as well as escalated calls and had wide experience in call center industry and its working environment. Responsibilities include credit check for new account application, new account activation, assuring proper transferred calls, account verification, assisting customers in transferring account responsibility and other related activities within my scope of support. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, my self – confidence, time management, flexibility in working to different industries and quick adaptability to changing processes and trends have been my biggest assets.
