About me

I have been in the call/contact center industry since 1999, total collective work experience of over 18 years in manufacturing, planning and logistics, consumer goods, import/export, sales and marketing, HR /recruitment and administrative work are some of them. In my 6 year stay at Cyber City, I learned to manage training, operations, workforce, transitions, customer care relations, human resource management, job fairs and recruitment efforts, client-account and program/project management, project launches, service level agreements, metrics, total quality management programs with employee compensation plans. I have led countless job fairs and trained over 15,000 people for contact center education, including educating the government about the promise of Offshoring and Outsourcing business industry. One of the first Accent trainers in the country who is part of the first contact center training facility certified by TESDA, contributed to the technical requirements that TESDA needed to accredit contact center training facilities, AUTHORED STI’s call center program that CCT help beam out to schools and universities in the affiliate program. Certified solar electric systems installations training in the U.S. , venturing into the renewables industry. I was involved in the BPO start up of SunPower Corporation in 2006 now a group of over 300+, developed a specified training curriculum for the manufacturing and renewables industry for call center sales. Now consulting for the Philippine Retirement Authority, Philippine Retirement Inc, SBMA, International College of Integrative Medicine; a regular resource person for – GNN (cable channel) business show “Bears and Bulls” for BPO and ICT topics. I would like to have the opportunity to help contribute in the industry through and as your team member.
