About me
I am MBA qualified professional and I have more than 5 years of experience related to Customer Services/ Call Center/ Customer Support and Back-Office Operations/Sales Coordination & Inventory Management. I believe that my background Analytical reporting has prepared me well for serving you. My most recent experience consists of managing the day-to-day data-base of an ISO certified organization named SYBRID which is a Business Process Outsourcing company related with Contact Center Industry. The core skills on which I performed are based on strong communication skills and good command on MS. Excel, MS Power Point , MS Word and other Microsoft tools. Earlier than this I have had the privilege of working in core Customer Services and CS Operations with a giant telecom company as well as an asset management company based in Karachi. My experience of Public Relations and Asset Management gives me a strong sense of insight to solve problems by both using past knowledge and thinking creatively. This knowledge then needs to be clearly communicated forward to managerial concerns so that Managers can utilize the valuable insights and suggestions offered by my work.
