About me

I hold the title of business development and support team leader. My main responsibilities include:  Working intensively on resolving customer needs and complaints through managing projects which focus on improving the quality of customer service.  Developing business objectives and working plans based on the strategic objectives of the organization.  Directing and motivating my team toward achieving our targets.  Establishing processes and procedures for capturing, maintaining and analyzing business data.  Participating in preparing sales action plans and establishing service level agreements with concerned stakeholders to assist in accurate leads generations.  Presenting service measurements figures to the upper management. I’m a computer engineer from Al-Balqa Applied University of Jordan. I’m seeking a challenging new career which will utilize my skills, ability and professional experience.
