About me

I own and operate a Contact Center / BPO by the name of UCall Solutions Inc., located in Manila, Philippines. I have been coming to the Philippines off and on for the past 6 years. My wife is Filipina and works as a doctor in San Diego, California while I reside in Manila running the BPO / Contact Center. I started UCall Solutions Inc. because of the frustration I experienced dealing with call centers while calling for assistance with electronics, credit cards, bank accounts and more. I knew that I could make a difference in the Contact Center world by training my Contact Center agents with the experience, sales techniques and how to do business with international clients so that other customers/clients do not experience the same frustration I had having my call being sent overseas. This method has proven to be quite successful for us here at UCall Solutions. I am looking to share my wealth of knowledge with the forum and I hope to keep adding to my knowledge as well. -Michael
