About me
A little about me. I am a results-driven professional with extensive experience in all aspects of outbound / inbound call center department management. Experience in developing and implementing winning sales, loyalty / retention and marketing programs. Assets include program development and management skills, ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of management levels and organizations, and strong interpersonal skills. I have comprehensive mid-level manager experience in a broad range of small-to-large service business operations: including customer relationship management, project management and business process outsourcing. Proven project management skill in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects to support business startup, expansion and process improvement activities. During my tenure at Directv I have managed calling campaigns that encompass Welcome calls, Precollect, Retention, Winback. Upgrade, and Rightsizing. My two primary areas of focus were increasing AMPU/ ARPU and reducing churn. Performing these tasks became a juggling act of balancing what my internal clients needs as well as what external clients required. I have the ability to communicate across a variety of departments and staff levels while effectively prioritizing what is best for all. I have run as many as 28 campaigns at once and been able to achieve the performance metrics set down through effective organization and the ability to inspire teammates to achieve more then they thought they could.
