Mehdi H Zulfiqar, Studied In Information and Communications Technologies in the Philippines. Mehdi has working experience in Contact center solutions ranging from Technical Support, Inbound and outbound sales engineering, operations and training. He worked with reputed call centers like Teletech, Epixtar International, Ambergris solutions etc. In Bangladesh he is one of the pioneers in call center training methodologies and worked for one of the biggest IT enabled companies in Dhaka.
