Solid F&A experience gained in national and multinational organizations, with specific focus on Budget/Forecast and Reporting processes and on M&A analysis. I managed several integration and restructuring projects, achieving important savings and efficiencies. I was in charge of system integration projects, which entailed complex implementations and development of bespoke programmes for Accounting and ERP systems that would comply with national and international accounting principles. Naturally inclined to dialogue and cooperation with other company's functions and BU's. Strong leadership skills in project management and team building.
