I’ve worked for more than fourteen years in Ecommerce, contact centers / Business Process Outsourcing and business development. Through out my career I have had the chance of working in most of the different aspects of the industry, holding positions that vary from customer relation management, risk management, banking, Marketing, Operations and General Management.
