    Scope of work
     The center will receive a call from customers who 
    want to consume the product and know more about 
    the benefits 
     Center will be receive 2 types of calls
     1 : Before purchasing the product customers will call 
    the agents and ask about how to use the product and 
    more benefits about the product
     2: after using the product the customer will call the 
    center and check if they are going on a right track.

     The product is available Worldwide. Most orders 
    come from New Zealand, Australia, United States, 
    Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, India, etc.
