About me

I am an IT graduate. I was before a Systems Analyst / Head IT of a call center here in Philippines with responsibilities includes: *Project Management - making procedure to run the project fast yet accurate to satisfy clients. *Team Leader and Agent Monitoring - orient, train and evaluate the TL & agents to make sure that they are well oriented and trained in order to make them effective for the project. *Systems and Network Admin - maintaining and ensuring computers and networks are well setup and in good running condition to avoid unwanted technical problems. *Searching Potential Clients for the company. But now I have resigned due to low grade salary. Now I am doing freelance/in-house along with my few loyal good working agents. I have been in BPO industry for more than a year and I am specializing on non-voice projects. My previous handled projects were US paydayloan and autoloan online form submissions, PDF data conversion, captcha, and ebook editing. I would appreciate any potential clients who could give me a chance to work with him/her on a non-voice project with no upfront, no consultancy/registration fee, and royalty. I will do my best to give a satisfactory job.
