I have worked at Dell Inc., since March 13, 2000 and have worked in escalations the entire time with the exception of the first three months. Team lead of the Resolution Expert Center(REC), L3 team for 5+ years after assisting in the creation of the REC. Currently working as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for SMB customer base. I have been married for 40+ years, have two children, 4 grandchildren and on great grandchild (DUE ANY DAY):)
