Kristoffer has been in the Business Process Outsourcing and Business Transformation Outsourcing since 2004. With a Bachelors Degree in Science Marketing from the University of Chicago, he has had the opportunity of taken multiple roles with the bank giants such as American Express, HSBC HDPP, and JP. Morgan Chase. Being well exposed to quality and training, and specialty in process development, he has had experiences in managing, developing and leading teams to carry out methods on achieving customer fulfillment and improving business processes. Kristoffer also took in opportunities in setting up start - up back office delivery centers such as VentureHeat and FIRHEAT. His last role as a Project Manager - Process Manager, showed clients that he has the knowledge and experience to deliver the type of services that exceed their expectations, of which clients have chose to follow him.
