About me

As the Co-Founder of BisLogics, Mr. Kochi oversees the management of the corporation, as well as its employees, vendors and consultants. He provides complete leadership, furnishing overall company direction while managing the implementation of business strategies and all daily operations. Additionally managing the development of all products and services, applications, bid and proposal writing and pricing, Mr. Kochi develops and approves all company-wide plans, policies, procedures and staff allocations, administering all the logistical components of the company. As the official, principal contact with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors, Mr. Kochi develops plans and schedules for each tasked project that minimize response time between all concerned parties. His adaptable marketing strategies are diverse and include networking and creating business development alliances with other reputable firms, personal contact with existing and potential clients, and the steady collection and dissemination of industry and company information. Mr. Kochi is actively involved in all aspects of each project to insure a high degree of quality is maintained at all times; a business practice he has held fast to throughout his professional career. Mr. Kochi received his B.S. in Electronics & Communications Engineering from India in 1993 and went on to pursue his M.B.A. from Duke University in 2009. He continues to update his knowlegde base through participation in seminars and various training programs.
