About me

Currently in Dhaka, working tirelessly getting our company, Ishmam Outsourcing Solution, gain a strong international credentials. Since as whole the country itself is only about 17months old in this industry. However the pool of HR is huge.The quality is very good aswell of course with the adequate training, and making them properly conceptualize the western culture, conceptualize the product's characteristics in terms of the market, and more over the Client's needs and benefit for voice campaigns. But for non-voice project the opportunity is massively huge. It took only 2 weeks training ie. 10 days to establish 30 agent team with 5 back up agents, and their attaining a accuracy level of 98.71%. So i strongly believe BPO to a highly successful industry in our country, and my 6yrs of experience in this industry while i lived in Australia, does give me an edge in training for my center.
