Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey. Certified Quickbooks Professional Advisor. An educator since the late 1980's, I teach entrepreneurial subjects (small business taxes, business planning, recordkeeping, and understanding financial statements) at Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ. Have also taught an introductory course in financial and managerial accounting at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), tax accounting at Raritan Valley Community College, continuing education classes at County College of Morris, Sussex County Community College, and Warren County Community College, and workshops at the Small Business Administration (SBA) in Newark, NJ, and for the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers( SBDC). Specialties Personal income tax return preparation. Corporate, partnership, LLC and other business tax return preparation.Income tax planning, business planning, business consulting, accounting, recordkeeping, projections, financial statement preparation, including audits, reviews and compilations. I am a certified Quickbooks professional advisor in the 2002 through 2012 editions of Quickbooks. I also work with startups to assist them in entity selection, taxation and getting their books organized.
