FCCA – FINISHING COURSE FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS THIS PERMIT DEALS WITH COMMUNICATION SKILLS, TECHNICAL KNOW HOW AND DISCIPLINE IN THE WORKPLACE AND HOW TO RESPECT AUTHORITY. BASIC TO ADVANCE COMPUTER TRAINING C – CONTRACTOR This is for contracting where EMPLOYEE- EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIP exists. DO-18-02 – PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT D – INTERNATIONAL BASED TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION Training we give is British and U.S council accredited through I.E.L.T.S IDP this training/review & Registration Center - To be Internationally Certified. East and West is also permitted by Law to conduct training and give certification to public and private companies/institution being an educational corporation.
