John Paolo G. Anunciacion President/ General Manager/Founder A prodigy in the Philippine BPO industry, JP’s consistency in delivering the best and highest production rate was the key for him to climb the ranks from being a Customer Support Representative of MCI to being a Sales Representative with PNI and ultimately an essential member of the operations group of his previous company. His willingness to contribute and become involved with the operations opened his doors to growth and experience in BPO management. JP’s expertise and extensive experience in the field of finance, administration, IT, procurement and HR operations, has helped him to deliver unparalleled solutions for the growth and development of the company. As the President of JohnErnest Connecting Continents and GM/Founder of JECC, LLC and JETBJ, LLC based in Florida, USA, JP endeavors to deliver an impeccable service that exceeds client expectations and implemented a service that is custom-made, cost-effective, reliable, simplified strategy for their client’s business needs. He has also expanded his presence in the company by actively participating in client relationship management and has taken a strategic role in both marketing and operations aspect. JP’s wide range of experience, his relationships inside and outside of the enterprise, and his demonstrated ability to understand business dynamics and effect constructive change made him the best person for the position. Mr. Anunciacion earned a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering in University of San Carlos, Davao, Philippines. JP was granted several scholarships in Philippine Science High School and Department of Science and Technology. He then pursued his career in sales and excelled in marketing using his strong background in mathematics. JP is a very workaholic person that tends to push himself to the limit and often wants to be like Superman. JP always grew up as boy trapped in a man's role taking the responsibility for everyone's welfare. He is never a selfish man and will always end up sacrificing himself for others. JP is a young family man, married to a young flight attendant and a father to a very charming baby boy. He finds his great motivation from his family and as JP always says, "Family comes first", which has been the great pillars of JohnErnest Connecting Continents.
