We have built a sophisticated CRM/SFA/WFM system that shares calls to and from call centers and can be customized to any vertical in a matter of a few hours. It features 3 modules that do "NOT" exist in any publicly available software (Salesforce included) and GUARANTEES follow up of prospects and customers by employees & call center partners.
