I am an Englishman living in Ruse,Bulgaria and I own a call centre/data centre here along with my business partner Alex Murphy. We have a simple ethos here, we believe that if you can train somebody to do a job in England, Germany, America, Australia ect.. then you can train somebody to do that job here in Bulgaria. 95% of our staff have a university degree, BA/MA or higher and are all hard working, motivated and talented people.
