JKL Outsourcing, formerly Kriskabiz Outsourcing is a small call center in the Philippines. We do B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer) services for outbound calls. We have dedicated and well trained agents who are able to support our customer needs in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Company JKL Outsourcing is a small call center in the Philippines with five (5) permanent agents and five (15) contractual agents. Its operation began last June of 2008. The Services JKL Outsourcing offers wide range of outbound call center services. The most common needs that we fulfill are: • Generate sales leads • Set appointments • Market research • Surveys (including statistical analysis and political surveys) • Candy Machine Location • Leads Verifier • Website sales Mission – Vision Mission The mission of JKL Outsourcing is to provide our clients 24-7 quality work through integrity, honesty and professionalism. JKL Outsourcing also aims to help our clients to develop good impression to their customer by means of giving quality customer service and promoting their various products and services. JKL Outsourcing also wants to promote call center business in the City of Tacurong and provide jobs to qualified individuals who cannot afford to go to big cities to work in big call center companies. Vision JKL envisions being a leading outbound company in South Central Mindanao by means of having satisfied clients and producing quality works. Objectives The goals of JKL Outsourcing are as follows: • Establish long-term contracts with at least three clients. • Establish new client connections from different companies in UK, and Australia. • Establish minimum 95% customer satisfaction rate to form long-term relationships with our clients and create word of mouth marketing.
