About me
I am a Business graduate, with 11 years experience in Customer Service Management, Telecommunication Services, and Banking. I am currently interested in building capacity for my new company, which is a B.P.O start-up. In Uganda this is a nascent industry, and very few people have any real experience in this business area. However, my organisation together with many educated youth in our community have decided and are determined to scale this unfamiliar territory.
