I was commissioned by Ventus, the call center of PLDT, as their Black Belt role Consultant to improve: (a) CSAT (customer satisfaction) scores, RMA accuracy scores, Sales Order accuracy scores, shorten training learning curve so that call center agents can be immediately deployed at the floor (to name a few) - projects were already generating P 300,000 per month when I completed contracts with them.
