Project 1 -----
Work Description: Telecom Form Filling
Slots: 1 Slot
Rate: $ 0.30 per form.
Quantity: 43,000 forms (+/- 5%)
TAT: 28 Days
QC: 7 Days
Billing cycle: Monthly.
Payment Surety: Client will provide LC for 3 months. Incase the center wishes to extend the same then they have to bear the Bank charges for the same.
Seats: 10 seats.
Training & software: Provided.
Signup Fee: Rs. 500,000 per slot
Consultancy: 10% royalty from 1st month onwards.
Project 2 --------
Work Description: Logistics Form Filling
Slots: 1 Slot
Rate: SGD 0.80 per form.
Quantity: 100,000 forms (+/- 5%)
TAT: 30 Days
QC: 7 Days
Billing cycle: Monthly.
Payment Surety: Client will provide Revolving SBLC for the entire duration of the contract. The center will have to bear the charges for the setup which shall be either 6% or 8% of the monthly billing value.
Seats: 35 seats.
Training & software: Provided.
Signup Fee: Rs. 1,325,000
Consultancy: 15% royalty from 1st month onwards.
