About me
Graham Hoskins has over twenty years experience in the contact centre and customer relationship management industries having worked in operations and then in consultancy for The L&R Group, BT Consulting, Aura Consulting and now Kinetic. He has established two successful businesses and is a specialist in contact centres, CRM activities, programme and interim management. Graham began working in the call centre industry in 1991 and worked in call centre management before moving into consultancy. He has worked across a wide range of vertical markets including telco, financial services, FMCG, retail and leisure. His drive is to provide successful, innovative and customer focussed solutions for clients and has been involved in projects that focus on customer contact strategies, programme management, outsourcing, performance improvement, process development, operations definition and improvement. Graham regularly judges industry awards and has written widely for the trade press and spoken or chaired at industry conferences in the UK, Europe and Far East. In his spare time, Graham is involved in the world of motorbikes, has a strong taste for adventure and is venturing into the world of TV documentary production. He recently completed a 7000-mile endurance motorcycle challenge circumnavigating the Mediterranean Sea and produced an 8-part TV documentary on it, which will be on Sky in 2011. He is also a professional speaker.
