I have been part of the call center industry before and I started out as a CSR providing email support in one of recognized pioneer contact center companies in the Philippines. I continued my career as a technical support manager for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company that established a Philippine contact center. I am currently a service management practitioner in a multinational corporation. On the side, I am a tech junkie and I sell stuff online.
