  Genuine agents will always be intouch with you, to check on the progress. normally they do not charge upfront, they prefer royalty cause it thr fixed monthly income.

  Try to find people who charges royalty not upfront..or u can negotiate on that as well.

  Try to avoid processes with upfront payment ...always go with royalty program, it will keep the outsource-r interested in the performance of your team. As he has royalty to earn.. he/she will help you to get the best out ..

  Keep a minimum performance meter for an agent to earn their pay.. rest pay them 10 percent as commission if they over achieve ...
