About me

I started my career as a customer care executive doing hardcore UK B2C sales (selling contract phones) for over 2 years. After that for 6 months I was responsible for retaining exisisting customer & convincing customers for roll over contracts. Later I joined NIIT Smart Serve and have sold various products over the phone. Currently I'm working as Business Analyst with the same company, wherein, I establish, direct and co-ordinate for business development activities. Strategically plan to penetrate the market to which the BPO capabilities of the company can be directed.
