Executive Director for ABC Marketing Services. I lead a talented team of Call Center, Internet and Marketing professionals in a relentless search to provide truly “client-centric” solutions. We are avid problem-solvers and quick to sort out the best path to optimize performance, scalability and growth. Our primary focus is the US English & Hispanic Markets, where we initiated cross-border call center services in 1996. Our present sites are located in Mexico, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Brazil, where we handle a large variety of inbound/outbound projects in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Since 2013, we have also spearheaded a large-scale build out of centers in Belize. We started Nearshore Outsourcing early, when E mail, VoIP and Open Source were just “concepts”. While we shun clichés like “pioneers” and “innovators”, we are proud to have launched hundreds of successful campaigns dedicated to Customer Care, Technical Support, Help Desk, Customer Surveys, Appointment-setting, Outbound Sales and Lead Gen in many, many verticals.
