Though these parameters place a convincing scenario but the absence of adequate faith amongst entrepreneurs to invest in rural area remains the main concern because of the various prominent reasons. This has led rural youth's large-scale migration to larger cities for better opportunities, causing substantial brain-drain in the rural areas. Result the villages have not been able to keep pace with the urban development and continue to remain backward.
