About me
My name is (Ms.) Fatimah AbuEin-Project Coordinator at Reach Call Center Company Ramallah-Palestine. Reach was established in 2009 as the first Palestinian based Contact Center to offer high quality, performance driven services at competitive costs. At Reach, we have 260 concurrent seats where our agents file over 45,000 calls per day through the use of Cisco IPCC technology system. we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week to serve customers around the world; with an approximation of 600 agents on standby for your calls, in addition to 300 part time university students. We have serious and tight security and redundancy arrangements as well as disaster recovery measures. We are among the very few call centers in the region that obtained the ISO 27001 related to information security and system integrity measures. Our protocols and security policy is well monitored and our Call center is governed by IP boundaries and security measures. Redundancy wise, we have a redundant multiple Fiber ring networks plus clustering of core equipment setup and geo-redundant locations (Nablus/ Ramallah) plus redundant agent’s locations. We offer Contact Center Services; including order processing, bill collections and queries, fraud management up-selling/ cross-selling and sales closures, Customer Care services, Customer acquisition, customer retention, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation and prospecting. We also do back office support and technical support (level 1 and 2 as per our clients definition which might be different than the international or trade definition and segmentation). We offer Consultation and back-up services for developing the internal process, Voice Platform, Outbound services, Inbound services, Data cleaning, Complaint management system, IVR services, and Chat Platform. We are currently focusing on serving both the local market (Palestine and Israel) and the international market (especially the U.S). At present we are targeting the Gulf region and the Indian Market (trying to get over spillage business or cooperation with an Indian call center that wishes to expand its language and geographical coverage by augmenting its business offerings with Reach).
