Can you please tell me that this yahoo.com is outsourcing there inbound support? And if they really outsourcing then can you please tell me who is the authority person or with whom to discuss about it?
  Cause in India every tenth person to whom i am coming across and those who pretend that they are outsource rs or sub-scourers are telling me that they have this process but they need 25,00,000 to 45,00,000 INR as there fees and that too as a upfront.
