Having a background in Recruitment, specialising in the Call Centre industry and Customer services. I am enthusiastic and motivated by recruiting not only the most qualified, but the best organisational match to each role. My core skills are understanding the requirements of the individual organisation, transferring those requirements into an assessment and getting the best out of a candidate, meeting and exceeding the needs of both the client and candidate to get the best possible fit. Virtual Assessment is both challenging and exciting. I also undertake internal assessment for the purposes of redeployment or training needs analysis. The ultimate goal is to add value to the clients workforce.
