About me
Graduated Cornell University with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1995. Worked as an IBM Technology/Business Process Consultant from 1995 until 2002 in Minnesota and New York. Co-founded Professional Sales Solutions in New York metro area in 2002, focusing on outbound telesales mainly in the financial industry. Moved to El Salvador in 2008 to open our near-shore call center operations and have now diversified into other industries/areas such as start-up and telefunding but still remain focused on outbound campaigns.
