Hi, I am the owner and founder of Callen Customer Management Ltd. Callen Customer Management Ltd was created in May 2008. The aim of the business was and is to offer high quality consulting and interim management solutions to all customer service and call centre operations. With experience of start up, turnaround, change management, operational management and many other aspects of contact centre support, the company aims to be viewed as the contact centre doctor. Additionally we are able to provide training and development support and technical expertise as well as associate links to outsource partners both UK based, near shore and off shore. Callen Customer Management also have access to an innovative customer experience analysis tool that can be effective across all channels I have experience of contact centre and back office functions as well as customer management strategy and successful change management implementation, gained at many blue chip organisations including Vodafone, Orange, AOL, Fujitsu and Cancer Research UK I have enjoyed working environments across the UK as well as Republic of Ireland and Luxembourg.
