(e-WORKZ) I started working professionally at the age of 17 way back in 1999 as a Sales family service representative. From there I always think big from passion of communication, dealt with different people and learned more things on sales in each & different levels. I did this job while studying. After Graduating from College in 2003 I was a part-time school teacher, doing tutorials, Computer Assistant, actress in local musical theater and music researcher. I did all of these at the age of 18-19 years of age.For the last 7 years working in call center (Business Process Outsource)I learned a lot and gained knowledge on how to interact to the customers. The ability to multi task,work hard to achieve goals in different cultures and management styles. Learned that the key to success and keeping your customer is to educate them and connecting yourself to them plus putting your passion to a hard work and these are the main ingredients to become successful and keeping clients.
