Our team is composed of representatives who have worked with order processing account, appointment setting, sales and customer service (order information, general information and shipping information) from their previous BPO employers (SITEL, Convergys and NCO) with 1 to 2 years experience. Our representatives have been with accounts such as: a. Digital River Inc. – an international reseller for many online stores like Kaspersky, Avast, Trend Micro etc. b. T Mobile and AT&T – telecommunication companies in the US c. Capital One – credit card company in US d. Tribune – publication in US e. Indian Investment Council – financial magazine We currently handle outbound accounts where we introduce and sell Medical Alert Systems, College Educational Plan and Home Security. We specialize in telemarketing tasks such as sales, appointment setting, lead generation and customer service. We also have an inbound account under Medical Alert Systems where we take orders and process them for shipping. We define call center as a place where contacts are made and received. It is often the “front door” to a business and is the place where most crucial customer interactions take place. Therefore, we believe that its effective and efficient operation is a key ingredient to the overall success of any organization. We handle various types of interactions in addition to telephone calls. The current proportions of interactions are carried out mostly through telephone versus other contact channels, such as e-mail or Web chat. Even with the explosive growth of the Internet and e-mail transactions, telephone calls remain the primary form of communications used by our company. We also provide emphasis on back office jobs data entry, encoding and transcription. In addition, we provide an operation where more than one person is responding to contacts and where an interaction can be handled by anyone within a group. In other words, the contact requires a capability and not a specific individual to handle it.
