Professionally- · Have been in the call center environment for over 20 years · Experience in 3rd part and first party. · Opened and developed 5 US call centers. · Personally managed high profiles clients . · Managed all- from Budgets and P&L’s to Dialers and Batch Tracks. · ACA certified, · Voted top 50 most influential person in the call center arena -2007 Personal · Married 15 years · 4 children · Golf and Fishing are my hobbies- however they are on hold for the Kids, Gymnastics, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, and everything else they want to do. · Looking forward to resuming Golf and Fishing in the next 20 years. · The family and I like to participate/Help in our community.
