About me

Carlos Miranda, Tecma's Director of Human Resources is a native of Chihuahua, Mexico, holds a degree in Public Administration from the Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua. Professional with more than 30 years in the maquila industry, which includes 25 years of Management level experience in multi-plant, non-union, corporate environment & turnaround situations in the Area of Human resources. His job experience with large companies has allowed him to understand the multicultural environment required to work with Japanese, Korean and U.S. corporations such as RCA, TRIGEM, American Yazaki, Visteon, General Electric. Elected as local AMAC Board of Director’s member (1991-1992) leading and coordinating the activities of “AMAC Public Relations with Juarez City Social Security”. During his tenure the Omega-IMSS Childcare House was built and currently provides service to aprox 150 maquila employees. Selected to participate in AMAC’s Board of Director’s for the period of Oct.2008 to Oct 2010, leading and coordinating activities of the AMAC Environmental Committee. Appointed as AMAC Vice-President in August 2010
