About me

My first real up-ward moving job opportunity came via a call center and I have worked in a consumer driven industry ever since, that would account for eleven years now. My favorite thing about the call center environment is knowing that something that I do each day, has impacted someone's life that day, and hopefully always for the better! My second favorite thing is knowing that as long as I work in a call center, that means that there is one less automated-operator frustrating people who just want to speak to a live person.
