About me

I have worked in the Philippine Call Center industry for almost 8 years. I have gone through different roles and eventually a manager. I am now based in the USA working in the IT Industry. However, my passion is still in the Call Center business. Incidentally, one of my relatives here owns a call center in the Philippines. I work with him as a consultant. We currently utilize this center to process internal information and jobs. Because of the financial difficulties here in America, we would like to extend our services to other companies in need of such.
