am currently working as Quality Manger with LN eurocom teleservices a/s in Copenhagen, as such I am responsible for the quality improvements and report automation. I am also a certified coordinator by COPC. Furthermore, I am responsible for the process evaluation of potential partners, thus I am often involved in the RFP-process and the creation of business cases. In addition to this project management I have the overall responsibility for all process documentation, coordination and reviews. In addition to this I am responsible for the quality team including coaches, QAM, training coordinator and project manager.
