  8. Shares best practices with all Affiliates to improve close ratios.
  9. Provides technical support to address technical issues encountered by the Affiliate.

  the center should be providing these:

  1. Provides high speed internet services, computers, USB headsets and a work environment suitable for the performance of the Company’s campaigns.
  2. Recruits, trains and manages its own agents.
  3. Provides best effort with respect to the fulfillment of The Company’s campaign goals.
  4. Utilizes the Company’s communication infrastructure, voip, scripts and call lists.
