I am UK based Territory Manager for a call centre situated in Tunis, capital of Tunisia (North Africa). We are specialised in Telesales, Lead generation and Survey process. Tunisia has a long history and track record in the outsourcing industry due to its geographical proximity and very close economic ties with Europe. Tunisia is only GMT+1 winter time and no time difference summer time with UK and most of European countries. The capital Tunis is only 2.30 hours’ flight from London, 1.30 hour from Paris. We currently hold 30 seats and operate in 3 languages: English, French, Arabic.
