About me

I've been in the industry since 1998 and had experiences on all (well, almost) facets of call center work from workforce management, staffing, quality monitoring and assurance, project implementation, account management, client services, process documentation, data analysis and others. I started my career as an agent and worked my way up to supervisor to program manager, client services manager, operations manager and now implementation manager. Alorica is just my 2nd call center employer and prior to entering the call center industry, I was a college instructor which could, in way, qualify as a background/experience in conducting training.
