About me

Anthony Seaegg started in the CRM industry over 25 years ago and in that time has managed and implemented people, process and technologies strategies for a number of multinational companies. For ten years Anthony worked for Datacom (A regional IT services company) in Australia as its founding Executive Director. He was initially responsible for the business in Australia and its growth into the Asian market,helping build Datacom into a 50 million dollar company. The development of software that combines people, process and technology to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty has been an additional focus. Currently Anthony is the Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Director for The ICT Group a world leader in CRM Solutions. Having served 6 years as a National Board Member and 4 years as the National Chairman of the Australian Teleservices Association (servicing the top 2000 corporations in Australia) I have also had exposure to the industry and their practices and drivers giving me a unique view of not only the Australian market but also our neighbors in South East Asia and the Pacific Anthony also serves on the following boards : Founding Director of the World Outsourcing Providers Association and 2IT consulting while a supporter of the newly formed Global Sourcing Council With over 60 keynote presentations at conferences and trade fairs both Nationally and Internationally, Anthony has demonstrated the value of increasing corporate awareness as a vehicle to increasing opportunity
