About me

Andi Anugrah is a consultant who focuses on the development of contact center and CRM solutions. Are trained and experienced practitioners, especially the Planning & Development Contact Center Technology, Performance Measurement & Analysis, Contact Center Business Strategic & Business Process Design, Contact Center Management & Telemarketing. In his career, most time was spent in the Telecommunications, Information Technology and Banking Industry. Prior to founding Telexindo Bizmart worked with Brandt International, Bank Danamon Indonesia, Indonesian Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Dian Graha Elektrika, and Nusa Cipta Rancana. Become one of the initiator, the formation of Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) in 2003, and the establishment of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) in 2007. Currently appointed as Chairman of the ICCA. He has contributed to the development and dissemination of Contact Center in Indonesia. Active as a speaker at various seminars, writes and serves as a judge at various events Contact Center in the Asia Pacific region. He holds Masters in Management with a specialization in Marketing Management and also holds degrees Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hasanuddin. In addition, also received professional certification from Avaya as a Design Specialist Avaya Contact Center / CRM.
